Return Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction - if there's a problem, we're here to help make things right. We offer a stress-free 30-day return window giving you plenty of time to request a return if needed. You can initiate your return up to 30 days after receiving your item and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

We will accept, for return or exchange, items that are purchased through our website within 30 days of delivery of the item under the following conditions:

- There are no visible signs of damage
- All original packaging is intact
- Any sign of damage caused by the customer will compromise the DreamDeck guarantee

Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged outside of the 30-day window.

How to Make a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@dreamdeck.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how to return your item. (For international orders, customers are also responsible for any customs or duties fees.)
3. Pack and Send: Secure your item in its original packaging and ship it back to us. Be sure to keep your tracking number handy in case we need to follow up on the shipment.
4. Refunds: Once we've received and inspected your return we'll notify you of your refund status. We'll process refunds within ten business days of approval, back to your original payment method.

If more than 15 business days have passed since you were approved for a refund, please contact us for further assistance.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We understand that accidents happen. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost items) and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue. Non-Returnable Items

While we accept returns for most products, there are some exceptions:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color? No problem! The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order. As soon as your original return is accepted, you'll receive a confirmation so you can shop for your new favorite item right away.

Gifts

If you're returning a gift, just let us know! We'll issue a gift credit once the returned item is received, so you can choose something else you love. Gift credits are sent via email and can be used on any future purchase.
