Standard domestic shipping is offered at a flat rate but you may select an alternative shipping option at checkout if available. International shipping is calculated based on destination.
Order Processing and Shipping
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days. Some items may take longer, especially around major holidays or if an item is in high demand. Please note that during busy times, fulfillment may take up to 10 business days.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to make any changes, including address modifications. Orders will only ship to the address provided at checkout, so please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
We ship orders during business days (Monday-Friday) and do not process shipments on weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched to the carrier's facility. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update. If more than 5 business days have passed since receiving your shipping confirmation and you're unable to track your order, please contact us at contact@dreamdeck.shop, and we'll be happy to assist.
Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on your location. While we aim to meet delivery estimates, DreamDeck cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as delays due to postal services, customs clearance, or other external factors (such as severe weather or public holidays) are beyond our control.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees which can vary widely and are the responsibility of the recipient. DreamDeck has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Should a package be refused and returned, you will be responsible for any additional shipping and import costs incurred.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we do everything in our power to ensure timely and safe delivery, DreamDeck is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, we encourage you to report the issue to your shipping carrier and file a claim. In cases of damaged items, please contact us at contact@dreamdeck.shop within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with next steps.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. Once an order has been processed we are unable to modify shipping details. Should your package be sent to the incorrect address due to an error at checkout, we regret that we are unable to recover the shipment or provide a refund.
